TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. We ship on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means if you're in any of the locations below, all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination

Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable and any extra charges that are not covered by A.B.C - must be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery. For shipments to other regions, please reach out to us at customer@abcbrand.co.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak holiday periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days processing time on your order.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page, and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
