RETURN POLICY

We offer free returns on all orders. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unworn, unused security tag and in original condition with all tags including security tag and packaging intact. 

  • Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only.
  • Full price items can be returned for a full refund, or credit note.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund. 
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Styles marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only, pending size availability. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you can not return the item for store credit or refund. 

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. 

 

EXCHANGES
If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you make a separate purchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions.  We know you’ll find something else to love. 

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Please allow up to 7-14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. Please contact us at customer@abcbrand.co if you need assistance.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customer@abcbrand.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

 

HOW TO RETURN/REFUND

To request a return and refund (excluding sale items), please email us at customer@abcbrand.co and include the following details:

  • Full name 
  • Proof of purchase (e.g: receipt..)
  • Order ID
  • Return/Refund Reason


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

RETURN PARCEL TRACKING

We recommend using our returns portal to ensure the return is as smooth as possible. If you wish to return your item via another carrier, we recommend using a tracked service.

We are unable to investigate return parcels without a tracking number. Please ensure your return is handed to the courier driver or lodged at a postal facility. We do not recommend using a street postal box to initiate your return, as a lodgement receipt is unable to be provided.


CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to guarantee changes. However, we’ll do our best to assist you. If you would like to request a change or cancellation, please contact our team directly at customer@abcbrand.co.

 

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at customer@abcbrand.co with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. Any item past 3 months since the purchase date is outside our acceptable warranty period, however will be considered on a case by case basis.
