RETURN POLICY
We offer free returns on all orders. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused security tag and in original condition with all tags including security tag and packaging intact.
- Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only.
- Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund. All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code or automatic discount can be returned for a credit note or free size exchange only.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Styles marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only, pending size availability. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you can not return the item for store credit or refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 7-14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. Please contact us at customer@abcbrand.co if you need assistance.
HOW TO RETURN
To request a return or free exchange (excluding sale items), please email us at customer@abcbrand.co and include the following details:
- Order ID
- Return Reason
- If you're exchanging an item, please include the product name, color and size you would like to exchange for.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online A.B.C account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at customer@abcbrand.co if you would like further information or assistance with delivery timeframes.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at customer@abcbrand.co with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. Any item past 3 months since the purchase date is outside our acceptable warranty period, however will be considered on a case by case basis.
